Bronson Jones is Banner's President and CEO and has been with Banner for 30 years. His experience as a Receiving Inspector and Quality Assurance Manager led to his promotion to Plant Manager, General Manager, Vice President, and then President and CEO. Bronson oversees all aspects of the business including Banner’s accountability and profitability, major capital expenditure approvals, and the welfare of all employees. As President and CEO, he also maintains close relationships with our bank, accounting firm, sales, and Board of Directors. He knows that our customers depend on Banner every day and takes responsibility for making sure their needs are taken care of in a timely manner. Ensuring that employees are treated with respect, have a safe working environment, and have opportunities for growth within the company are important to Bronson. Honesty, accountability, loyalty, dependability, and positivity are values that he aspires to both professionally and personally. In his spare time, Bronson enjoys being with his family, the great outdoors, and restoring classic cars.

Paula Neff is a Human Resource Manager with 20 years of service. Paula provides the “Three C’s” of employee engagement: Career, Competence, and Care, by overseeing talent recruitment, benefits, training and development, and compliance. She facilitates communication, advises management on relevant workplace policies, and plays a role in driving the organization’s culture. Paula is inspired by the privilege of helping others and her family. In her free time, she reads, goes to concerts, and binges guilty pleasure TV shows.
Customer Support Specialist
Dan Reiter has been with Banner for 30 years, starting out in manufacturing as a Production Operator, then moving into Customer Support after 10 years of product and process knowledge. As a Customer Support Specialist, he serves Banner’s customers by processing orders and maintaining a large variety of customer documents, portals, and spreadsheets. Dan views everyone as his customer, both externally and internally, and puts a high value on excellent communication and teamwork. When he’s relaxing, Dan enjoys simple pleasures including cooking, light gardening, and taking his dog for a walk in the woods.
Purchasing Manager
Matt Patrick is a Purchasing Manager who has been with Banner for four years. He’s used his degree in Industrial Engineering in several different positions in the manufacturing process, split between Operations and Purchasing. Matt supports internal and external customers, making sure they have what they need to be successful and providing the best information possible. Forming strong connections with team members inspires Matt, and his job is more enjoyable when his team succeeds rather than just individual successes. Personally, he’s inspired by his wife and kids, and he spends his free time with them, cooking, and doing anything related to Cleveland sports.
Controller
Jenni Moeller has been with Banner for 10 years. In her role as Controller, Jenni manages all accounting tasks and serves as the point of contact for our IT services. She consistently provides answers to all financial and IT services questions, both internally and externally. When she can contribute to a team, both professionally and personally, Jenni feels the rewards and gratification she experiences make all the hard work worth it. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Manufacturing Manager
James Ford is a Manufacturing Manager with 10 years at Banner. He’s always had a passion for how things are made and feels that Banner opened a door for him to explore new opportunities working with resistance welders, Robotic MIG welders, CNC Mills, and single stroke presses, thus making his transition to a role of planning and directing the manufacturing processes at Banner a perfect fit. He has a passion for helping others and providing service that goes above and beyond by working within a team dynamic that achieves goals together. His amazing wife and two beautiful children inspire him, and he spends his free time traveling the world and discovering new places with them. He also enjoys competitive bowling, plays and collects guitars, and raises tarantulas.
Project Manager/ Internal Lead Auditor
Rahul Chanana is a Project Manager/Internal Lead Auditor who has been with Banner for six years. He plans and implements complex Advanced Product Quality Planning projects, manages the internal audit program to ensure Banner adheres to AS9100 requirements, and plans and implements lean projects. Rahul is inspired by making sure Banner’s Advanced Product Quality Planning program delivers good parts on time to external customers and internal customers’ specific roles and timelines in complex projects function well in complex systems. Making efforts to continually improve current situations and planning for a better future inspires him personally. Rahul also enjoys cooking and traveling in his spare time.
Quality Assurance Manager
Matt Scholz is a Quality Manager with over three years at Banner. He ensures compliance of Banner’s QMS and product line with all customer, legal, and regulatory obligations. Quality is an extension of his Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing background, and he bridges the gap between engineering, manufacturability, measurability, and cost. Matt enjoys working with a team that has a strong work ethic, willingness to take personal responsibility, honesty, and morality. He’s inspired by sacrifice and dedication in support of one’s family. In his spare time, he builds and races cars.
Key Account Engineer
Paul Spray is a Key Account Engineer with 26 years of service with Banner. He prepares parts quotes for current and potential customers. He enjoys working with the Banner team and using group efforts to solve problems for internal and external customers. Learning something new every day inspires Paul, who took an interest in manufacturing and metalworking early on and decided to make a career of it. Staying healthy inspires Paul in his spare time. He spends his time working on his property, doing yard work, property maintenance, gardening, and other chores.
Production Supervisor
Harvey Thomas is a Production Supervisor with 10 years of service at Banner. He plans and schedules production runs to meet, or exceed, our customer’s needs and ensures customers get the highest quality parts on time, even if it means adjusting our scheduling. Harvey also helps other employees continually improve their skillsets, monitoring and tracking employee training. These are some of the ways that Harvey showcases The Banner Difference. Hard-working people that do whatever it takes to get the job done and take pride in the quality of their work inspire Harvey. In his spare time, Harvey enjoys camping, boating, and smoking a good rack of ribs on his barbeque smoker.
Quality Assurance Tech/Inspector
Ryan Jones is a Quality Assurance Tech/Inspector with four years of experience. He ensures parts and materials conform to specific specifications. This includes measuring parts to blueprints, measuring chemistry of raw materials, analyzing parts from outside processors, and anything in between. Ryan also resolves issues/problems that are quality related, both big and small, and does his best to always help anyone that needs assistance. Professionally and personally, team building, honesty, and integrity inspire Ryan, who feels that these traits are a recipe for a healthy and ambitious environment. In his spare time, Ryan plays piano and guitar, is a songwriter, and is in a rock band that plays in many cities and towns. He restores and builds cars with his dad most weekends. He also loves to draw and illustrate and enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and camping.
Quality Technician
Charlie Jenkins is a Quality Technician with over 19 years of experience with Banner. Charlie started in Production, worked his way into Inspection and his current role in Quality Assurance where he keeps the trains on the tracks daily. Charlie is a problem solver and ambassador who ensures the needs of both customers and employees are met and is a source of necessary information, providing answers or resolutions when needed. Charlie’s wife and his sons are his ongoing sense of pride who taught him patience and humility. He loves music, collects rare recordings and concert posters of The Rolling Stones, and plays guitar and mandolin. He also loves his five English Bulldogs: Ernie, Nieda, Henry, Chester, and Stanley, and two pugs Shang and Mulan.
