Once the Customer has a product in mind that they would like to have produced, Banner conducts a Design Review. Depending on how far along the product is in the design phase, we can offer a manufacturing feasibility review to identify areas that drive costs or offer ideas to minimize process steps to reduce lead-time.
Banner uses a Team Approach to prepare a quotation for the manufacture of the product and offers value solutions as we discuss the quotation.
All economics are considered within the quotation, including material, labor, post-processing, quality requirements, and packaging. We focus on producing the product in the most economical way.
