DISCOVER

When a Banner representative first meets a new Customer or a new person at a current Customer, we conduct a DISCOVERY with them.

This is where we tell them about us and our History, Vision, Mission, and Values. We then ask to learn about You. What does your company do? What do you do?

Once we know a little bit about each other, we try to understand their needs and concerns. For instance, what do they need from Banner? What are some of the issues they have encountered? How can we assist?

The Discovery determines if we are a good fit, brings clarity to our relationship and offers a roadmap to the beginning of a partnership.
