The safety and health of our employees is our highest priority. We utilize the latest safety equipment and have a robust safety program which is compliant to all national and local regulations.

We encourage and reward our employees who are proactive in their health care. At Banner Metals Group, work / life balance is important to us.

We have established goals to reduce our energy and water consumption, waste, and greenhouse gases. We use only water soluble oils, have installed energy efficient lighting throughout our facility, and participate in the Better Buildings / Better Plants program sponsored by the US Department of Energy.
